Themes, play equipment, materials, decorations, room arrangements, and activities may vary between sessions depending on the class type, age group, availability, or safety considerations. Visual materials do not mean that every item or activity shown is included in every class. The services included follow the description of the booked class. Differences in appearance do not reduce our obligation to provide services in accordance with the booking information and agreement.
Tumblemore classes are designed to provide opportunities to play, move, explore, and interact through activities suited to the relevant age group. Every child has different interests, comfort levels, readiness, and developmental patterns. Class participation does not guarantee particular skills or developmental outcomes within a specific period.

Parents or accompanying adults must follow the supervision requirements of the selected class and the instructor’s safety guidance. Equipment and materials must be used as instructed. If a child appears uncomfortable, tired, or in need of assistance, the accompanying adult should inform the instructor promptly so activities can be adjusted where possible.
Play and movement activities involve risks that cannot be eliminated entirely. Tumblemore remains responsible for taking reasonable safety precautions when providing facilities and delivering activities. Parental supervision requirements do not remove Tumblemore’s responsibility for acts or omissions for which it is legally accountable.
Some classes may involve sensory materials, art supplies, or food ingredients as described in the activity information. Parents or guardians should disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or other conditions before the class begins and ask about the materials used where necessary.
We will discuss possible adjustments based on the information provided. However, we cannot guarantee that all areas, equipment, or materials are completely free from allergens or cross-contact. If your child’s needs cannot be safely accommodated, please contact us before participating to discuss suitable options.
