These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Tumblemore’s website and services, including class bookings, play and learning activities, and related events. Before making a booking, parents or guardians are asked to read and agree to these terms and any specific conditions for their selected class.
Bookings only can be made through our website official Tumblemore. Bookings for children must be made by a parent or authorised guardian who provides accurate and complete information, including the booking holder’s name, telephone number, email address, required participant details, selected class, and activity schedule.
Each class has limited capacity. A booking is confirmed once the payment requirements have been met and Tumblemore has issued a booking confirmation. Completing a form or initiating payment does not guarantee a place while the booking is awaiting confirmation.
Participants must meet the age range and requirements stated for their selected class. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate age information. If you are unsure whether a class is suitable for your child’s needs, please contact us before booking.
If a booked class does not meet the participant’s requirements, we will discuss possible solutions with the parent or guardian, such as transferring to a suitable class, subject to availability. Any price adjustment or other conditions will be explained before a change is agreed.
Class and service prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary depending on the class type, duration, number of sessions, included facilities, or promotional offer. Details of what is included, together with any applicable taxes or additional charges, will be provided before payment.
Payments must be made using an available official payment method and within the deadline stated in the booking. Unpaid bookings may expire after this deadline, and places may become available to other participants. Price changes will not apply retrospectively to confirmed bookings unless you agree to a change in the service or booking.
After receiving confirmation, please check the participant’s name, class type, date, time, location, number of participants, and accompanying adult requirements. Report any errors to Tumblemore promptly so we can assist. Keep your booking confirmation and payment receipt to support verification on arrival.
If your payment was successful but you have not received confirmation, please contact us with your booking reference and proof of payment. Avoid making another payment until the status of the previous transaction has been checked.
Requests to reschedule, cancel, or receive a refund are subject to our Refund Policy and any specific conditions displayed or communicated before the booking is completed. These conditions include request deadlines, replacement session availability, applicable charges, and refund eligibility.
Promotional classes, multi-session packages, or special events may have different conditions, which will be explained before purchase. Specific conditions do not remove consumer rights protected by applicable law. To submit a request, contact us through an official channel and provide your booking details.
Participants and accompanying adults should arrive at the time stated in the confirmation to allow for verification and preparation. Late participants may join the remaining activities where practical and safe, provided this does not disrupt the class. Late arrival does not automatically extend the session.
If a participant cannot attend, their parent or guardian should contact Tumblemore as soon as possible. Replacement sessions or refunds for non-attendance are subject to the policy communicated at the time of booking.
The requirement for an accompanying adult and the number of adults permitted depend on the conditions of each class. Where adult accompaniment is required, a parent or designated adult must remain with the child throughout the activity and follow the instructor’s guidance. Classes do not include childcare or drop-off services unless expressly stated in the service description.
Accompanying adults are responsible for helping supervise children, particularly before and after sessions and outside the activity area. Tumblemore remains responsible for taking reasonable care in delivering activities and maintaining facilities within the scope of its services.
Parents or guardians should ensure their child is well enough to participate. If a child has a fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, or symptoms of a potentially contagious illness, please contact us before attending to discuss the next steps under the class policy.
Please inform us of relevant allergies, activity limitations, or support needs before the class begins. This information helps us assess the adjustments we can provide. For activities involving food or sensory materials, please ask about the ingredients or materials used if your child has allergies. We cannot guarantee an environment completely free from all allergens or cross-contact.
Participants and accompanying adults must follow equipment instructions and safety guidance from the instructor. Children may take time to observe, rest, or participate at a level they feel comfortable with. Parents or accompanying adults should tell the instructor if a child appears uncomfortable or needs assistance.
Activities may be adapted to participants’ needs, equipment readiness, or safety considerations while maintaining the main purpose of the class. If an incident occurs, we will take reasonable steps to assist and contact the parent or guardian and emergency services where necessary. Tumblemore classes are play and learning activities, not diagnostic, therapeutic, or medical services, and do not guarantee particular developmental outcomes.
All visitors must help maintain cleanliness, order, and a comfortable environment. Dangerous behaviour, violence, harassment, unsafe equipment use, and actions that disrupt other participants are not permitted. Accompanying adults should help children use materials and facilities as instructed.
If behaviour creates a safety risk or serious disruption, Tumblemore may pause participation or ask those involved to leave after providing an explanation and, where practical, a warning. Arrangements for affected sessions will be considered according to the circumstances and applicable terms.
Visitors should look after their personal belongings and avoid bringing unnecessary valuables. If an item is lost or left behind, please contact our team promptly so we can help locate it. Responsibility for loss or damage will be assessed according to the cause, available evidence, and applicable law.
Damage caused intentionally or through negligence by participants or accompanying adults may result in a request to cover reasonable and explainable repair costs. Normal wear and tear and the intended use of activity materials are not treated as damage payable by participants.
Personal photography and video recording are permitted provided they follow class guidance, do not disrupt activities, and respect other participants’ privacy. Do not capture or share photos or videos in which another child is identifiable without permission from that child’s parent or guardian. Commercial photography or recording requires prior approval from Tumblemore.
Tumblemore’s recording and use of images of children follow our Privacy Policy and parental or guardian consent. Consent to use images for promotional purposes is requested separately and is not a condition of class participation.
If a change of instructor, location, or schedule is necessary, we will notify affected participants as soon as reasonably possible. If a change materially affects the booked service or Tumblemore cancels a class, we will offer reasonable options, such as a replacement session, an agreed equivalent class, or a refund for services not provided.
Natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, serious facility disruptions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect class delivery. In these situations, we will prioritise safety, communicate information about affected services, and discuss an appropriate resolution. Payments for services not provided will be addressed with consideration for the circumstances, agreement between the parties, and applicable consumer rights.
Users must not access systems without permission, interfere with website security, submit harmful data, make fraudulent bookings, or use the website for unlawful activities. Content owned by Tumblemore must not be copied or used commercially without permission. The collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
If you experience a problem, please submit a complaint through our official contact channels, including details of the issue and your booking reference where available. We will review the complaint and seek to resolve it through constructive communication. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and do not restrict consumers’ rights to use dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
Tumblemore may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to its services and applicable requirements. The latest version and its revision date will be displayed on this page. Confirmed bookings remain subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking unless a change is required by law or mutually agreed.
